Coriander. Red Chilly, Toor Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek, Mustard seeds, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Asafoetida.

No Artificial Coloring agent, Artificial Flavors and Preservatives

Preparation Methodology

  1. Soak Dal in 250ml of water and Cook it in Pressure Cooker and wait until 3 whistles
  2. Heat oil in a Pan. Add mustard seeds, Green Chilly, Onion, Curry leaves cook for some time and then add Tomatoes and Vegetables as needed
  3. Then add 1 to 2 table spoons of Sambar powder and mix well
  4. Add 500 ML water and allow it to cook well
  5. Then add Tamarind juice as required and then add the Cooked Dhal from pressure cooker
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves

Store in a dry andair tight container for increased shelve life
